ARE PRICES IN SGD?

  • Yes, all prices are in SGD

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept credit/debit card payments, Grabpay, Atome and PayNow.

CAN I DO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

  • Unfortunately , we only accept online payments through the methods listed above.

Shipping

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • Flat shipping fee of $4.50 will be charged for all orders under $40 after discounts.

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCTS. PLEASE HELP!

  • Please email us at Contact@hubislab.com.sg as soon as possible and include your name, contact number, order number and the correct products you would like to receive in your email. We will try our best to correct the error and if your order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for arranging a return, refund or replacement shipment as the item in the initial order was successfully delivered.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS. PLEASE HELP!

  • Please email us at Contact@hubislab.com.sg as soon as possible and include your name, contact number, order number and a photo of what you received. Our customer service representative will get back to you and get this solved for you.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS. PLEASE HELP!

  • Please email us at Contact@hubislab.com.sg as soon as possible and include your name, contact number, order number, a short description of the issue and a photo clearly displaying the issue. Our customer service representative will get back to you and get this solved for you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • Orders are shipped and delivered on business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). We kindly ask you to anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping and please note that shipping may be further delayed during holidays/peak seasons.

WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?

  • Our products are manufactured in Korea and shipped from our facilities in Singapore.

I INPUT THE WRONG INFORMATION ON MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

  • Please contact us at Contact@hubislab.com.sg as soon as possible and include your name, contact number, order number and your correct shipping address in your email. If the address update is requested after the order has been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for locating your package or arranging another shipment. Please contact the logistic company directly to attempt to change the correct delivery address.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Simply go to www.hubislab.com.sg and add items to your shopping cart and clicks on "ADD TO CART" or you may also click on "BUY NOW" and proceed to checkout.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

  • You may add the product to your Wishlist and once the items are restock, you will received an email notification.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

  • You can make order without an account, but we highly recommend making one to more easily check order details.

 

Return

WHAT'S THE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?

 

  1. Orders placed cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.
  2. Hubislab Singapore follows a strict quality control procedure, all items sold are non-returnable or non-refundable.
  3. Only damaged and wrongly delivered item will be accepted.
  4. Customer is required to report the damaged or wrong delivered items within 24 hours upon receipt.
  5. Photo of the items and receipt should be emailed to Contact@hubislab.com.sg
  6. Once verified, Hubislab Singapore will contact customer on return procedure.
  7. Customer will receive a delivery notice of the replacement within 7 business days.
  8. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned unopened.
  9. Only product(s) purchased on www.hubislab.com.sg may be processed for replacement.
  10. We cannot process replacement for items purchased from another retailer.
  11. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to do a replacement.
  12. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc.. we cannot issue a replacement.
  13. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchange.
